Middle School Youth Ministry
At Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, we believe middle school is a vital time for growing in faith, friendship, and service. Our Middle School Youth Ministry helps students build a strong foundation in their relationship with God while having fun, forming lasting friendships, and learning how faith connects to everyday life. Through worship, study, service, and community, we encourage youth to live as disciples of Jesus in all they do.
Confirmation Program
Beginning in sixth grade, youth are invited to take part in our three-year Confirmation journey. Together, we dive into the Bible, explore what it means to live as followers of Christ, and discover how God is present in our daily lives. The program includes study, service projects, worship, and meaningful mentor relationships that help faith take root and grow.
Fun & Fellowship
Faith and fun go hand in hand! Throughout the year, we offer opportunities for youth to connect through special events, service projects, and fellowship activities. These moments help our youth build friendships and grow closer as a community of faith.
Worship & Service
Our youth play an important role in the worship life of Our Savior’s. They are encouraged to serve as readers, ushers, projection assistants, and communion helpers. By participating in worship and service, youth experience firsthand what it means to be part of the body of Christ in action.
Retreats & Summer Camp
Each year, our middle school youth travel to Sky Ranch Lutheran Camp and other retreat settings for powerful experiences of faith, fellowship, and fun. Campfires, worship under the stars, and time in God’s creation create lifelong memories and help youth grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and one another.
